Common Questions

How long does it take to build?

Most systems are live within 7–10 business days of your audit. Websites take 10–14 days. Complex multi-system builds may take up to 3 weeks.

Do I need to have existing software?

No. We'll assess your current stack during the audit and recommend the right tools. We work with what you have where possible and only introduce new software when it's genuinely the best option.

What happens after the setup?

Your systems run autonomously. We offer an optional monthly retainer for ongoing support, optimisation, and reporting — but there's no obligation to continue after the initial build.

Are you based in the US?

We're based in London, UK, but serve US clients exclusively. All work is done remotely via Zoom and async tools. We work US Eastern and Central business hours.

Do you work with businesses outside of HVAC?

Yes. While HVAC is our primary focus, our systems work for any service business — plumbing, electrical, law firms, med spas, and more. If you have leads to capture and workflows to automate, we can help.

What's the minimum commitment?

The Revenue Leak Audit is standalone — no commitment beyond that. If we build systems for you, there's no minimum contract term. Monthly retainers are month-to-month.

How do I pay?

Setup fees are invoiced upfront via Stripe. Monthly retainers are billed on a rolling basis. We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfer.
